Poly Marketing Pty Limited T/as Envorinex is collecting waste silage wrap free of charge from all farmers who register.
Envorinex have advised that farmers wishing to receive collection must consider the following:
- All Tasmanian farmers, both dairy and beef are eligible to register except for King and Flinders Island due to logistical issues.
- All farmers who register may be supplied with a bin but those that only have a few bales may only receive one or two collections per annum. Farmers with small amounts of silage wrap are encouraged to work with other farmers and place a bin in a centralised location to share collection, making the logistics of collection more economical.
- To enable the continuation of this free service Envorinex require all farmers to keep bins free of netting, twine and any other contaminants. Envorinex appreciate that it is difficult to keep all dirt, vegetation and mud out of the silage wrap but request that farmers try to keep this to a minimum.
- For those farmers that cannot or don’t wish to wait for a bin, it is requested that the silage wrap be placed into fertiliser bags for collection when the bin is delivered.
